yays...today went out with lao gong-LIEW LI YI to celebrate her bday! aiyo..planning surprises can be quite tiring ehx..lols..
i wanted to surprise her with a bday cake..so i went to new york new york at city link to reserve seats and to pass them de cake before meeting her..i was afraid i would be late so i left hse 1hr 15 mins earlier..BUT i was still late..lols..i went to cck to buy her cake and made my way to city hall..de plastic bag looks ugly so i took de box out and carried de box only..lols..
i reached (newyork)2 and it was so empty..a staff named Jason took down my particulars..den i passed him de cake and left..den after a few steps..i turned back..cuz...........i forgot to pass him de candles and knife..lols..den i stood at de counter and said excuse me..he didnt hear it i suppose..he was so engrossed in writing stuff..lols..den his manager also stood there and looked at him until he almost finished writing..den he called him..lols..i passed him de candles and i left..when i left, de other staff were laughing lor..dunno laugh wat..also dunno they laughing at me or de Jason..lols..paiseh lar..haha..den they shouted, " See you later!"..so loud lar..lols
i then rushed to meet LIEW LI YI at somerset..i tot i was late..BUT she was later..lols..hai wo guilty..hahas...den we went to cine to take neoprints!!=D haven done tat for AGES..missed it loads..did lots of toopid faces..but it was fun..i reserved de seats for 6pm..so i was trying to drag time..cuz if de restaurant was empty den it wouldnt have an effect when we sang de bday song right..
den went to heeren to walk walk..by then my leg already very tired..cuz i didnt have a seat all de way from cck to city hall..i love heels cuz they make me look taller and make my leg look nice ..lols..but they really make my feet hurt ALOT!! rested for a while den went to walk..i was trying to drag time again..walking slowly and making liyi go into almost every store..hahas..actually not really every store..but she didnt see anything she liked..tot of buying her a bday present..but she cannot make up her mind..lols..
den at around 5.35pm, we walked towards somerset to take a train to city hall..we den went to (new york)2..when we reached there, de place was totally empty can..lols..we sat there for very long..looking at de menu..den the other two groups of ppl who were in de restaurant also left..at one point of time we were de only customers in de restaurant..lols..we started taking photos cuz de staff were all not around cuz they were having a briefing before de dinner time starts..cam-whored like mad..den we couldnt decide wat to eat..kept changing..lols..de root beer rocks lar(highly recommended!!) LIEW LI YI ate slamon steak and i ate de chicken chop..actually de chicken chop is super nice..but becuz its too saltish, i just couldn't finish it..by this time..de restaurant was filled with ppl and there was even a queue! lols..when LIEW LI YI finished her salmon, i asked de manager to serve her cake..tat was then she realised de first part of de surprise..den they took a longggggggg time preparing de cake..hai wo tot de manager mistook what i said..lols..den de second part of de surprise...de staff at (new york)2 will sing de bday song for u!! lols..she was so shocked and paiseh lar...haha..den took a photo using a polaroid..its a camera where de photo taken is an instant photo..cool right...i got sincerity de okies..den we ate de cake..it was nice!!! den we headed home...i mean LIEW LI YI's home..
cuz her little sis has de same bday as her(cool right), she also bought a cake to celebrate with her family and she invited me too!=D went up to her hse..waited for her 2nd sis to come back..den..we took out de cake and they started taking photos!! oh ya..didnt imagine LIEW LI YI's father to be so cute.. helped de LIEW 家 to take a family photo with de polaroid..den we sang de bday song..and they took more photos..lols..they blew de candles! yay.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIEW LI YI AND LIEW CHAY HUEY!! LOLS..LIEW LI YI's mum requested that i helped them take another family photo using de polaroid..me being de nice girl(
!!!!) agreed of cuz..de 2nd one was nicer..den i played with chay huey's hamster..so cute..fury fury..lols..den i left for homeeee...luckily LIEW LI YI lend me a pair of slippers..if not i think i will not be able to walk homee..lols..
had lots of fun todayyy..hope LIEW LI YI 小姐 is happy with what i planned today=D
