i really feel that my mum is biased..at least in my opinion..ystd i called my mum..wanting to ask her to help me buy de flu medicine cuz i forgot to do so on my way home in the afternoon. In the end, she did not pick up the phone. when she came back i asked her why she didnt answer her phone and she claimed that her phone didnt ring. i told her i wanted to ask her help me buy de flu med and she said why didnt i buy it myself and said i was lazy to do so. but u noe wat? she bought back dinner for my bro and said my bro called her to ask her to do so..
In Vian v Mum [2008], the mum always asked vian to do things but always thought that she didnt do enough or she did a bad job. Her mum never asked her son to do stuff, even if she did, she would do it for her son if he refused to do so. Vian's courts ruled that this amounted to biasness.
With reference to the above case, it can be proven that vian's mum's action was biased.
